Moss Phlox. This is an Award winning old favourite of ours deserving a place in every garden. Forming an evergreen cushion of dark green needle-like foliage, once spring arrives, masses of vibrant, cerise-pink flowers entirely cover the mound. A really tough, but outstanding plant.
