Also called Monkshood, this showy perennial flowers in summer producing tall erect spikes of indigo-blue flowers. Flowers are designed to attract bees and form a hood shape hence the name. Attractive foliage is mid-green, deeply lobed and almost dissected. A favourite cut flower.
