A fast growing evergreen large shrub. The new foliage growth is copper coloured, which ages to bright green, glossy leathery leaves. It bears clusters of small white flowers, which are perfumed. A great informal hedge plant, screening plant or specimen plant. The foliage is good for cut flower bunches.
